Coriander Leaf Raita

All amounts are approximate, adjust to taste. Serves 4 as a side dish.

Ingredients

2 cups of thick, fresh yoghurt (dahi)
A handful of coriander leaves, washed, drained and chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped. Add more, if you like hot food.
Salt to taste
A good sprinkle of freshly ground, coarse black pepper
For garnish:
A large pinch of roasted cumin seeds coarsely ground
A few coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

1.Place everything except garnish ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.
2.Serve chilled, garnished with coriander leaves and roast cumin.
