Pineapple Raita (Yoghurt)

This raita is nice with very hot Indian food. It is an Indian version of pineapple yoghurt. Serves 4-6

1 cup approximately pineapple, finely chopped
2 cups yoghurt or dahi
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbs. honey


1.Place yoghurt, salt, pepper and honey in a bowl and beat lightly.
2.Add and stir in pineapple pieces.
3.Serve chilled with an Indian meal.
