Onion Raita (Yoghurt)
Pyaz ka Raita

Mamta Gupta

A simple but delicious yoghurt dish, to serve with an Indian meal. Serve 4-6

1 to 1 1/2 cup yoghurt
1/2 red onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 green chilli, chopped finely
1 tsp. chopped mint leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. roast cumin, coarsely ground


1.Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Serve chilled, with an Indian meal.
