Sweet & Sour Raita

2 cups natural yoghurt
1/2 red onion, peeled and finely chopped
11/2 tsp. Mint Sauce
1 green chilli, seeded and finely sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar or sweetner
2 tbs. honey or 1 tsp. sweetner (adjust to taste)
1 tbs. chopped coriander leaves
A few mint leaves for garnish


1.Place yoghurt in a bowl add onions, green chillies, sugar, honey, mint sauce, salt and coriander laves. Mix well.
2.Adjust seasoning by tasting. Add more salt/honey/sugar, if required.
3.Garnish with mint leaves
4.Serve chilled.
