Banana and Cucumber Raita (Yoghurt)

2 cups thick and creamy natural yoghurt
1 ripe banana-peeled and coarsely chopped
1 small or 1/2 large cucumber-peeled and grated
10-12 mint leaves-finely chopped
4-5 mint leaves for garnish
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbs. honey (optional)


1.Beat yoghurt with salt, honey, mint leaves and salt.
2.Add and mix bananas and cucumber.
3.Decorate with a few mint leaves.
4.Serve chilled.
